NEW YORK, Nov. 4, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Satisfi Labs, the leading agentic AI platform for sports, entertainment, and tourism, has been awarded two U.S. patents that lay the groundwork for its forward-deployed engineering practice, Satisfi Forward. These patents, which were developed over years of client deployments, address critical aspects of AI integration and data management.
U.S. Patent No. 12,743,435 pertains to how the platform decides, question by question, whether an AI Agent should respond with language explicitly written and approved by the client, filled-in live information, or a generated answer grounded in the client's own sources. This patent ensures that for questions where accuracy is paramount, such as ticket refunds or legal policies, the AI Agent will provide responses exactly as the organization wrote them. For more open-ended questions, the AI Agent can still offer natural, conversational answers.
U.S. Patent No. 12,737,369 covers a method for taking structured data a client already maintains, such as the event feed that populates its website, and preparing it so an AI Agent can retrieve and answer from it. This patent makes existing data AI-ready, enabling the AI Agents to provide answers using the same current information as the client's website. This approach eliminates the need for clients to recreate content, ensuring that their AI Agents are always up-to-date with the latest information.
Donny White, CEO of Satisfi Labs, emphasized the importance of these patents in connecting AI to the operational systems of businesses.
Satisfi Labs has developed these capabilities over years of deployments, serving nearly 800 clients across sports, entertainment, and tourism. The company provides AI Agents, conversational journey management, and integrated inbound and outbound messaging solutions. Satisfi Forward is designed to address the variation in how each organization reaches its goals, depending on its own systems and operating environment.
Randy Newman, the company's Co-Founder and a named inventor on both patents, highlighted the flexibility of the technology.
With these patents, Satisfi Labs is positioning itself as a leader in agentic AI, providing clients with the tools they need to integrate AI seamlessly into their operations, driving ticket revenue and improving guest experiences.
