Sarah Jameson Albrecht joins Bionic Bloom Integrated Health as a therapy provider

Bionic Bloom Integrated Health, a provider of integrated mental health and wellness services, has welcomed Sarah Jameson Albrecht, MS, to its team of therapy providers. Based in St. Petersburg, Albrecht brings a unique approach to counseling, focusing on trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and creativity-centered support for adults and adolescents.

Albrecht is a Certified Nature Based Counselor who emphasizes advocacy, self-compassion, and personal growth. Her belief is that everyone deserves healthy community, belonging, beauty, and a life aligned with their purpose. Albrecht works collaboratively with clients to identify therapeutic approaches that best reflect their individual needs, identities, and lived experiences. Her methods may include narrative therapy, values exploration, identity development, creative projects, journaling, therapeutic yoga, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

Albrecht’s clinical work is grounded in trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming care. She specializes in addressing chronic stress, masking, invalidation, relational trauma, and the challenges of navigating systems not designed with neurodivergent nervous systems in mind. She also supports clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, boundaries, identity development, community reintegration, and complex mental health diagnoses.
