Sanu Gold Corp has announced it has received conditional approval to list its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV). The company intends to delist from the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) simultaneously, aiming to enhance its capital markets profile as part of its strategic growth plans.
Martin Pawlitschek, President and CEO of Sanu Gold, stated, "We are pleased to have received conditional approval from the TSXV. This listing will provide us with an improved platform to execute our strategy of unlocking value across our properties in Guinea's Siguiri Basin."
The approval follows the filing of a National Instrument 43-101 technical report for the Daina Gold Project, which is part of the TSXV listing process. The report was prepared by Ghislain Tourigny, P.Geo., Ph.D., and Simon Meadows Smith, P.Geo., both of whom are qualified persons as defined in NI 43-101. The Technical Report outlines recommended exploration work to advance the Daina Project, including drilling and geophysical surveys aimed at expanding and testing mineralized structures.
According to Sanu Gold, key findings from the reconciliation review comparing actual exploration activities to those recommended in the Technical Report include the completion of 10,304 metres of RC, AC, and diamond drilling at Daina during fiscal year 2025. Additional work included an approximately 12,890 metres auger drilling program, with 6,772 auger samples, 94 rock-chip samples, and 133.75 line-kilometres of induced polarization geophysics. Total actual Daina expenditure from April 2025 through February 2026 was approximately US$2.83 million, against an original budget of US$4.25 million, excluding contingency.
The company has identified kilometre-scale gold-bearing structures and multiple drill targets across its Daina, Diguifara, and Bantabaye projects in the Siguiri Basin. Sanu Gold's exploration efforts are focused on making significant gold discoveries through systematic exploration. The Daina Gold Project, in particular, is a key focus of the company's ongoing activities.
Pawlitschek added, "The work completed to date demonstrates significant advancement of the Daina Gold Project and supports our continued exploration efforts focused on expanding and testing mineralized structures across the broader project area."
Sanu Gold operates with an experienced technical and management team with a track record in mineral discovery and project advancement. The company is committed to advancing its exploration and development plans in Guinea's Siguiri Basin, a prolific gold-producing district that hosts several operating mines and significant gold discoveries.
With the conditional approval for the TSXV listing, Sanu Gold aims to strengthen its position in the capital markets and accelerate the exploration and development of its gold projects.
