Salute Acquires T5 Operations Expanding Data Center Management Capabilities
Salute, a global leader in end-to-end data center lifecycle services, has announced a strategic acquisition of T5 Operations, a division of T5 Data Centers, to further enhance its market leadership in facility management and operations for AI/HPC and cloud data centers.
The acquisition, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, will expand Salute's operational footprint to manage over 15 gigawatts (GW) of data center capacity in more than 150 markets globally. Once complete, Salute will employ over 3,800 staff members, bolstering its position as the leading dedicated service provider to the data center industry.

The acquisition will also enable T5 Construction to rebrand as EverOn Data Center Services, an independent data center construction company dedicated to delivering mission-critical digital infrastructure.
Legal counsel for Salute was provided by Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, while Lazard served as exclusive financial advisor. King & Spalding LLP represented T5 Operations, LLC.
Salute's commitment to sustainability and talent development is reflected in its membership in the NVIDIA Partner program, and its offering of the first comprehensive Direct-to-Chip (DTC) Liquid Cooling Operations Service for AI/HPC data centers.
This acquisition is expected to significantly strengthen Salute's position in the rapidly growing data center market, ensuring seamless support and operations for hyperscale, cloud, colocation, and edge facilities.
