The whiskey, which has been distilled, aged, and bottled entirely in Maryland, marks a significant milestone in the brand's journey toward becoming a fully local whiskey producer.

Distilled in the spring of 2018 and aged for eight years, the Bottled in Bond Straight Rye Whiskey is a testament to the rigorous standards set by the 1897 Bottled in Bond Act. This designation ensures that the whiskey was produced by a single distiller, at a single distillery, during one distilling season, aged for at least four years, and bottled at 100 proof, providing consumers with a high-quality, authentic, and transparent product.

The Bottled in Bond Straight Rye Whiskey is a blend of two rye mash bills—high-rye and low-rye—crafted to highlight the balance of rye spice with a richer, sweeter character. The whiskey pours a rich amber and opens with aromas of powdered sugar, soft leather, and baking spices. On the palate, notes of grilled peaches, brown sugar, and sweet cherry give way to a warm and lively finish, layered with rye bread, baked apple crumble, and light maple syrup.
