Every Guardian is screened at registration against national offender and sex-offender databases. Institutions may request a full background investigation through Safe Hiring Solutions before finalizing an arrangement with a specific Guardian. The organization is funded entirely by donations and corporate sponsorships, ensuring its services remain free for schools, churches, and Guardians.
