DALLAS, Sept. 4, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Sabine Royalty Trust, managed by Argent Trust Company as its trustee, has announced a cash distribution of $0.331680 per unit for September 2026. The distribution, payable on September 29, 2026, is based on the oil and gas production from June and May of the same year. According to the trust’s preliminary data, the June production included approximately 39,647 barrels of oil and 1,094,091 Mcf of gas, with estimated revenues of $79.10 per barrel of oil and $2.33 per Mcf of gas.

The distribution is lower than the previous month's due to a decrease in oil and natural gas production, as well as lower oil pricing, partially offset by higher natural gas prices. The trust's financials and other related documents, including historical distribution information, can be found on its official website at http://www.sbr-sabine.com/.

Revenues for the distribution are only disbursed after they are verified and posted. Typically, most energy companies, including Sabine, issue payment of royalties around the 25th of each month. However, due to the timing of the end of August, approximately $199,000 of revenue will be posted in September, in addition to normal cash receipts received during the month. As of the close of business in August, before the release of this press statement, $1,141,000 in revenue had been received.

The 2025 Annual Report and the December 31, 2025, Reserve Summary are also available on the Sabine website. For more detailed information, interested parties can visit the site or request printed reports, which are mailed free of charge.
