RV Overnights Launches Loyalty Rewards and StayScout Programs

The company, co-founded by Rob Case, has launched the Loyalty Rewards Program and StayScout to enhance member engagement and support host recruitment.
The Loyalty Rewards Program rewards members with savings on annual renewals. Members automatically enrolled in the program earn points for host stays, reviews, review photos, and membership renewals. Every 100 points equal 1% off their next annual renewal, with savings capped at 20%. The top 100 point earners each year receive a complimentary membership for the following year. This program is designed to encourage repeat visits and help other travelers discover new destinations.
StayScout, another new initiative, allows members to request overnight options in areas where hosts may not currently be available. Members can submit their destination, travel date, preferred host types, and relevant route details at least 30 days before their anticipated stay. The RV Overnights team then identifies and contacts potential local hosts, including farms, wineries, breweries, and distilleries, to establish new overnight options. If the team cannot locate a host in the requested area, the member receives one month of RV Overnights membership. This program provides valuable insights into member travel interests, helping guide host recruitment and expand the network into destinations travelers want to explore.
