Rush Gold Corp., a mining company based in Vancouver, BC, has made significant strides in its exploration and corporate strategy, as detailed in a recent press release. The company has appointed Andy Tudor as its new Chairman, bringing with him a wealth of industry experience spanning over four decades. Tudor’s extensive background as a geologist and mining executive is expected to bolster Rush Gold’s exploration and development efforts.

In a move to support its exploration activities, Rush Gold has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, issuing 10,305,000 shares for gross proceeds of $1,030,500. This funding will be used to advance the company’s exploration programs on its existing and newly acquired mineral projects. Rush Gold has also launched a comprehensive advisory, communications, and marketing strategy aimed at enhancing market awareness and providing timely, transparent updates to global investors. This strategy is supported by partnerships with CPS Capital Group (Corporate Advisory / Australia) and EuroSwiss Capital Partners Inc. (Switzerland), ensuring broader reach and greater visibility.

Rush Gold continues to build its portfolio of early-stage exploration projects in the Walker Lane Trend of South-West Nevada. The company recently acquired the rights to mining interests in two Walker Lane Nevada projects: Hollow North-South (Copper / Gold) and Douglas Canyon (Gold / Antimony). These projects will complement the company’s existing Skylight (Gold / Silver) and Legal Tender (Silver / Gold) projects, both also located in the Walker Lane Trend.

The Skylight property, situated 60km northwest of Tonopah, Nevada, is underlain by Paleozoic sedimentary rocks intruded by Mesozoic intrusive rocks, with Tertiary volcanic rocks capping the sequence. The property is characterized by a series of brecciated silica units, forming the top of the highest hill. Historical drilling completed in 2007 by a previous operator returned 11 metres averaging 0.49 g/t Au and 14 metres averaging 0.1 g/t Au along the southern and northern periphery of the silica cap. A 3D IP/resistivity survey conducted in 2017 further identified potential targets. Recent rock sampling by Rush Gold has outlined a 1.2-kilometre north-south trend, with samples returning 0.23 g/t Au and 4.8 g/t Ag, 0.1 g/t Au and 3.8 g/t Ag, 0.19 g/t Au and 2.7 g/t Ag, and 0.13 g/t Au. These results, while selective, are indicative of the property’s potential.

The Legal Tender property, located 62km northwest of Tonopah, Nevada, is underlain by Triassic carbonates and greenstones, overlain by Tertiary volcanics. Historical rock sampling has identified gold-silver assays in faults, veins, and breccias along two main North, Northeast structural trends, covering a combined strike of some 1.6km. These trends are host to multiple historic mines, including the Farris Mine (grab samples including 1,875g/t Ag), Hyland Mine Trend (grab samples including 4.94g/t Au / 962g/t Ag), and Black Butte mine (grab samples including 1,130g/t Ag). Rush Gold’s recent rock sampling has returned high values, with a high of 2,770g/t Ag / 2.41g/t Au. These results, while selective, highlight the property’s potential.

The Hollow North-South project, located 15km east of Yerington, Nevada, is situated on 109 claims on BLM land. The project consists of two areas, Hollow North and Hollow South, and is part of the Yerington Copper District, an established jurisdiction with world-class deposits. Historical rock chip values from the Hollow North target include 7.38% Cu and 6.84% Cu. The property is characterized by shear-hosted quartz-sulphide structures within a diorite-monzonite intrusive complex, with mineralisation hosted in 10-50cm quartz-sulphide veins within 1-10m wide shear zones. The Hollow South target area has identified a 1,400m x 800m zone of porphyry-style stockwork quartz sulfide mineralization within a host diorite. Historic rock chip sampling has also identified 10-30cm gold-bearing quartz veins, with results including 19.70g/t Au and 15.6g/t Au.

Rush Gold is now focused on refining priority drill targets for RC drill testing, preparing notices of work for submission to BLM, and securing an RC drill rig for its phase 1 exploration drill program. The company’s commitment to systematic exploration and transparent communication is expected to drive meaningful exploration opportunities and build long-term shareholder value.
