NASHVILLE, Tenn., Oct. 8, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- XLCS Partners, Inc., a leading middle market investment bank, has advised R&R Property Solutions on the sale of the company to The Byng Group, a portfolio company of Unity Partners. The transaction, completed on October 1, 2026, marks a significant expansion for Byng into the Southeastern United States.

R&R Property Solutions, founded in 2021, is a multi-family contractor based in Tampa, Florida. The company specializes in the repair, maintenance, and renovation of large garden-style apartment communities. R&R provides a range of services, including repair, maintenance, and renovation, resurfacing, and plumbing, delivering an integrated, one-stop solution to over 150 properties managed by local and national property management companies. The firm serves as a single point of contact for day-to-day maintenance and repairs, unit turnovers and renovations, and capital projects.

The acquisition of R&R by The Byng Group establishes Byng's presence in the Southeastern U.S. and complements its existing business in the Northeast. Byng, based in Toronto, Canada, is a leading provider of unit turnover, repair, maintenance, and renovation services to multi-family and senior living properties across Canada and the U.S. With over 50 years of industry experience, Byng operates an asset-lite, vendor-managed service model supported by proprietary technology.

Unity Partners, a principles-based private equity firm, has backed the acquisition of R&R. The firm builds services and technology businesses through growth initiatives, strategic acquisitions, and operational improvements. Unity's support of the R&R acquisition reflects its continued commitment to Byng's expansion across North America.

Keith Kerr and David O'Neal, the owners of R&R, expressed gratitude for the guidance provided by XLCS Partners.

XLCS Partners acted as the exclusive M&A advisor to R&R, with the transaction being led by Eric Schoendorf, Vice President, and Kevin Naim, Senior Associate.
