MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 15, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- LTR Pharma, an Australian pharmaceutical company, has launched Roxus® ED Nasal Spray in the United States, marking a significant advancement in the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED). Roxus is a prescription nasal spray that delivers vardenafil, the same active ingredient found in Viagra tablets, but through a faster and more convenient delivery method.

Roxus is the first nasal spray of its kind in the U.S., and it is available through LTR Pharma’s telemedicine partner, Mavrox.com/Roxus. Men can now access the spray by completing a short online health assessment on the Mavrox platform. A licensed U.S. provider will review the assessment, and if Roxus is deemed appropriate, Strive Pharmacy will fill the prescription and ship it discreetly to the patient’s door. For those preferring an in-person visit, their healthcare provider can also prescribe Roxus.

In clinical studies, Roxus has demonstrated a rapid onset of action, reaching peak blood levels in a median of about 10 minutes, compared with 45 to 60 minutes for vardenafil tablets. This means that men, including those 65 and older, can experience effective results within 5 to 10 minutes, significantly reducing the wait time associated with oral tablets.

The nasal spray’s unique delivery method also allows for a lower dose, with men only needing a quarter of the tablet dose to achieve the same therapeutic effect. This is particularly beneficial for patients who may experience delays due to a heavy meal, as the spray is absorbed through the nose rather than the stomach.

LTR Pharma is currently progressing Roxus through the U.S. FDA 505(b)(2) pathway toward a planned Phase III study. The company’s lead products, SPONTAN® (Australia) and Roxus® (U.S.), are nasal sprays for the treatment of ED, and SPONTAN is already in use in Australia.

To obtain Roxus, men can visit Mavrox.com/Roxus to complete a short online health assessment. A licensed U.S. provider will review the assessment, and if Roxus is appropriate, Strive Pharmacy will fill the prescription and ship it discreetly to the patient’s door. Men who prefer an in-person visit can ask their healthcare provider about Roxus.

Important safety information includes that Roxus should not be used by men taking nitrates for chest pain, recreational "poppers," or riociguat, or if they are allergic to vardenafil. Men should also inform their provider about any heart, liver, or kidney problems, and all medicines they are taking. Seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than 4 hours or sudden vision or hearing loss. Common side effects include headache, flushing, runny or stuffy nose, indigestion, and temporary nasal discomfort.

Roxus is a compounded medication prepared for identified individual patient needs based on a valid prescription from a prescribing healthcare practitioner and, as such, is not reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety or efficacy.
