VANCOUVER, BC, Oct. 20, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Routific, a Vancouver-based smart route optimization and delivery management platform, has launched a new app in the Shopify App Store, aiming to streamline delivery operations for online merchants. The app, designed to integrate seamlessly with Shopify, promises to transform the way local deliveries are managed, offering optimized routes, real-time tracking, and automated updates to delivery statuses.
According to Marc Kuo, Founder and CEO of Routific, the app is particularly timely as the holiday season approaches, with local delivery volumes expected to spike.
The new Routific app in the Shopify App Store offers several key features. It turns online orders into optimized delivery routes in minutes, taking into account factors such as driver familiarity, business time windows, and historical traffic to provide accurate arrival times. Once routes are planned, merchants can dispatch them to drivers with a single click, track progress in real-time, and notify customers with live tracking links and branded notifications. Upon completion of a delivery, Routific can automatically update the delivery status back in Shopify.
Flourist, a mill and bakery in Greater Vancouver, has been using Routific for several years.
GardenTap, an online plant retailer in Southern Ontario, also benefits from Routific's services.
Feed Me by Drakes, the online catering service of Drakes Supermarkets, has also seen improvements in its delivery operations.
The Red Apron, a women-led Ottawa kitchen, has been using Routific for its local deliveries.
Routific's app is now available to all Routific customers at no extra cost. Merchants can install it from the Shopify App Store or learn more at routific.com/shopify-app. The app is designed to help Shopify merchants handle their own deliveries more efficiently, potentially cutting costs by up to 25% compared to manual planning. With its high ratings and proven track record, Routific is poised to become a valuable tool for businesses looking to streamline their delivery operations.
