Rokmaster Completes Terms to Acquire Cristal Porphyry Copper Project

Rokmaster Resources Corp. has made significant progress in its efforts to acquire the Cristal Porphyry Copper Project in northern Chile. The company has completed the initial terms of its option agreement with Patrick James Burns, the project's owner.
According to the terms of the agreement, Rokmaster has received the necessary acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange. As part of the deal, the company issued 7,000,000 common shares to Burns and paid US$70,000 in cash. John Mirko, CEO and Director of Rokmaster, expressed satisfaction with the progress, stating, "We are very pleased to have added a compelling porphyry copper target in Chile. The region is known for its rich mineral deposits, and we look forward to further exploration."
The Cristal Project, which is located in northern Chile, has garnered attention due to its geophysical characteristics. Dr. Thomas A. Henricksen, who authored the 2018 NI 43-101 technical report on the project, commented on the potential of the site. He noted, "The geophysical signature at Cristal is compelling and significant in scale. Magnetic data define a strong, circular, doughnut-shaped anomaly approximately three kilometres in diameter, centered on the Property. The anomaly comprises a weak central magnetic high surrounded by a magnetic low, which may reflect alteration zoning associated with a buried porphyry copper system."
The scale and geometry of this magnetic response, together with supporting electromagnetic and regional structural evidence, make Cristal a high-priority exploration target.
The acquisition of the Cristal Project represents an important milestone for Rokmaster. The company now holds a 100% interest in the property, which could lead to significant mineral discoveries.
The Cristal Project is situated in a region known for its rich mineral deposits, including the world's largest copper mine, Escondida. Rokmaster's next steps will involve initiating further geophysical surveys to refine the historical undrilled targets and conducting a diamond drill program to test these areas. The company is optimistic about the potential for significant mineral discoveries at Cristal.
