WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Sept. 22, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Rochefort Asset Management, a U.S. national security-focused investment firm, has provided senior secured financing to Delos Living LLC, a leading provider of indoor health and building wellness solutions. The funding will support Delos in expanding its commercial building intelligence and military housing wellness initiatives.
Delos Living operates two key business units. The first is its commercial platform, which includes the WellCube and Sense+ wellness sensors and building-intelligence technologies. These sensors continuously monitor indoor conditions such as air quality, humidity, thermal comfort, lighting, and occupancy. The platform can integrate with building management systems to provide real-time insights into building performance and occupant comfort. This technology aims to improve workplace conditions, building operations, and space utilization. Delos plans to scale these solutions across large commercial real estate portfolios.
The second business unit is the Vitacorps program, a joint venture with Corvias, a leading private military housing provider. Vitacorps focuses on improving living conditions for U.S. military personnel and their families by addressing indoor environmental challenges. The program combines air and water quality improvements, humidity control, lighting optimization, and third-party validation. Since its inception, Vitacorps has deployed these solutions to over 4,500 military homes. The financing will support the expansion of the Vitacorps program across Corvias' military housing portfolio and Delos' efforts to enhance living conditions in U.S. military barracks.
Delos Living, founded on the principles of health and building science, has been a pioneer in the WELL Building Standard, a collaboration with leading scientific institutions. The company's subsidiary, IWBI, administers the world's largest platform for healthy-building certification. Delos also operates the Well Living Lab in Rochester, Minnesota, in collaboration with Mayo Clinic, to advance the convergence of health science and building science.
