RoboMQ Launches Hire2Retire IGA for ServiceNow Customers

RoboMQ, an identity governance and administration company, has launched Hire2Retire IGA, a comprehensive identity governance solution for ServiceNow customers. The new offering is now available on the ServiceNow Store, providing a dedicated identity governance engine that integrates seamlessly with existing ServiceNow platforms.

The launch addresses a critical gap in ServiceNow’s ecosystem by offering a purpose-built identity governance engine. According to Bramh Gupta, Head of Products at RoboMQ, "ServiceNow is exceptional at its core functions, but it lacks the dedicated identity governance capabilities needed for modern security frameworks. Hire2Retire IGA fills that gap, ensuring organizations can implement zero-trust and least-privilege security postures."

The Hire2Retire IGA on ServiceNow operates on a two-plane architecture. The control plane, which handles HR and ATS event ingestion, policy evaluation, and access provisioning, is managed by RoboMQ’s solution. Meanwhile, the engagement plane, which handles approval workflows, catalog items, and CMDB records, remains within the ServiceNow platform. This approach ensures that ServiceNow customers can continue using their existing infrastructure without any disruption.

"Organizations often rely on ServiceNow's approval chains, CMDB, and service catalogs to manage identity and access work," explained Gupta. "However, these functionalities are not sufficient for complete identity governance. Hire2Retire IGA provides the necessary automation and policy evaluation, ensuring organizations can maintain robust security and compliance standards."

The solution is designed to cater to mid-market organizations, offering a self-service deployment model with a no-code, guided user experience. This approach contrasts with more customizable enterprise identity governance suites, which can be costly and require extensive professional services and lengthy implementations.

"Governance at scale requires a specialized platform," Gupta noted. "Hire2Retire IGA is built to handle the complexities of HR-to-identity integration, deterministic rule evaluation, and real provisioning into hundreds of systems. Our companion model ensures that ServiceNow remains the center of identity and access management while providing the necessary governance."

The new solution is now available for ServiceNow customers to explore and implement. RoboMQ aims to help organizations streamline their identity management processes and enhance their security posture without the complexity or cost associated with traditional identity governance suites.
