Robo.ai Announces Groundbreaking for ALIF Holding Group Industrial Park

UMM AL QUWAIN, UAE, Sept. 25, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Robo.ai Inc., a Nasdaq-listed technology group, has announced the groundbreaking for Phase I of the ALIF Holding Group Industrial Park in Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates. The industrial park, which is being developed in three phases, will serve as a hub for advanced manufacturing and local integration of ALIF Holding's projects.

The first phase, which will cover approximately 8,845 square meters, is set to refurbish existing factory premises to provide integration and manufacturing capabilities for ALIF Holding's industrial projects. The site is being held by a majority-owned subsidiary of ALIF Holding, with the registration process currently underway. The related transfer procedures are also in progress and await approval from the competent authorities.

For Robo.ai, the industrial park is a crucial component of its advanced manufacturing strategy. The company plans to establish Alif Maritec, a subsidiary focused on marine security and intelligent maritime infrastructure, as the first tenant in Phase I. Alif Maritec's proposed portfolio includes three key areas: marine oil spill emergency response, land border security, and AI-enabled defense and intelligent monitoring.

The marine oil spill emergency response system will integrate spill detection, containment, and recovery with water-quality verification, supporting coordinated emergency operations. The land border security solution will combine physical barriers, field sensors, and unified command to protect desert borders. The AI-enabled defense and intelligent monitoring platform will leverage AI analytics and sensor data fusion to provide real-time insights for critical infrastructure protection.

Phase I of the industrial park is expected to provide facilities for the local manufacturing of these proposed products and the integration of equipment and software systems. This will connect the development of the industrial park with specific project needs, while other ALIF Holding projects will be accommodated as business needs evolve.

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by H.E. Dr. Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi, Chairman of ALIF Holding, and members of the ruling families of the Emirates of Ajman and Umm Al Quwain. The guests expressed high regard for ALIF Holding's industrial development plans and progress.
