CHICAGO, IL, Oct. 26, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- RiskVantage AI, a U.S.-based legal AI company, has unveiled its latest product, RiskVantage Negotiate, at the Dubai AI Festival. The platform, designed to address the $75 billion annual market for contract review, negotiation, and M&A legal work, aims to transform the broken process of contract management.
According to World Commerce & Contracting research, enterprises lose an estimated 9% of their revenue due to poor contract management. Applied to the Fortune 500, this amounts to $1.7 trillion annually. RiskVantage AI has developed its platform to combat these issues, offering a solution that is both explainable and sovereign.
The company's approach to legal AI is distinct from that of its competitors. RiskVantage uses a neuro-symbolic architecture, where risk decisions are made in a knowledge graph, and language models are only used to read contracts and draft language. This ensures that no risk decision is made by a language model. Teams can set their preferred position, acceptable fallbacks, and walk-away points once, and every incoming clause is graded against that ladder. Each finding names the rule that was fired, allowing legal teams to review and audit every decision.
RiskVantage AI has also focused on cost efficiency and sovereignty. The platform runs on small language models adapted for legal tasks, on commodity hardware. In an internal benchmark, RiskVantage's domain-adapted small language model achieved about 97% accuracy, performing on par with frontier models. This makes the platform inexpensive to run, allowing organizations to deploy it inside their own private cloud or on premises. This is particularly important for regulated sectors such as pharma, healthcare, financial services, and defense, which have strict data requirements.
RiskVantage Negotiate covers the full negotiation process, from intake and review to redlines, counterparty exchange, and signature. It connects to the systems enterprises already use and includes several key features. The intake builder captures deal context, such as deal value or whether sensitive data is involved, which sets how strictly each clause is reviewed. The risk configurator uses AI to build a company's risk profile automatically from its existing contracts, policies, and SOPs, and keeps each position marked unreviewed until a human confirms it. Deviation reports and redlines compare each clause with the playbook, explain every deviation, and produce a tracked-changes redline ready to send. The platform is fully compatible with Microsoft Word in the browser, ensuring that legal teams and counterparties can work in the format they already use. A counterparty portal provides a shared space for exchanging drafts and negotiating with the other side. Internal sharing with subject-matter experts routes specific clauses to colleagues in areas such as privacy, security, or finance. An audit trail records every decision across the negotiation, and the platform currently covers different contract types, including MSAs, SaaS agreements, SOWs, NDAs, IT services, software licenses, proof of concept, and IT orders. Two M&A modules, RiskVantage Diligence and RiskVantage Integrate, are in development.
During the Dubai AI Festival, RiskVantage AI will showcase RiskVantage Negotiate at booth S95, Dubai World Trade Center, on October 26 and 27.
