Ring Pop, the iconic candy brand, has ventured into the bridal market with the launch of its first-ever wedding collection. The new line, designed in collaboration with celebrity event planner Mindy Weiss, aims to elevate the traditional wedding journey with a touch of fun and whimsy.
The Wedding Collection, which includes colored diamond-inspired pops set on pearly white rings, is now available at David's Bridal, North America's largest bridal retailer. The collection will expand to Amazon and Walmart online platforms, with plans for nationwide retail expansion in early 2027.
Mindy Weiss, known for her iconic "I dos" and a 35-year career in event planning, brought her expertise to the project. "Ring Pop already had that magic, and couples were finding their own way to use them long before we started this collection. My job was simply to give it the packaging, the polish, and the occasions it deserved."
The collection features lighter-toned gems in Ring Pop's top-selling flavors, such as "First Kiss" Watermelon, "Main Squeeze" Citrus, and "Berry in Love" Strawberry. Each pop is wrapped in its own shareable, occasion-ready saying, including "Hard Launch," "I'm Yours," "Love Story," "Off the Market," "Pop the Question," "Ring it On," and "I Said Yes." These pops are designed to be used at various stages of the wedding journey, from engagement parties and bridal showers to bachelorette weekends, wedding welcome bags, dessert tables, reception favors, and recovery kits for the morning after.
Joanna Firestone, Marketing Director at Bazooka Brands, explained the brand's decision to enter the wedding market. "Over the years, we've watched Ring Pop organically become part of the wedding journey, engagements, bachelorettes, showers, and weddings. With the wedding industry booming and packaging aesthetics mattering more to consumers than ever, it felt like the right moment to make it official."
David's Bridal, the lead brick-and-mortar partner, sees the collection as a natural fit for their customers.
The Ring Pop Wedding Collection marks a significant step for the brand, which has been delighting kids and adults with its bold colors and fun gem-shaped design since the 1980s. The new line is expected to resonate with the Millennial and Gen Z couples who grew up popping open a Ring Pop on the playground and are now entering peak marriage years.
With Mindy Weiss's stamp on every detail, Ring Pop is ready to be the sweetest way to say yes. The collection, which launched on September 15, 2026, is poised to become a beloved part of the modern wedding journey, offering a unique and memorable touch to every celebration.
