HOUSTON, Oct. 15, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Right Choice Construction, a Houston-based, woman-owned commercial and industrial general contractor, is sponsoring and participating in the 15th Annual Camp Hope BBQ Cook-Off, which takes place November 6-7, 2026, at Sam Houston Race Park in Houston. The event, which has been running for 15 years, aims to raise funds for Camp Hope and the PTSD Foundation of America, providing critical programs and services to combat veterans and their families affected by post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Right Choice Construction Founder, President, and CEO Danielle Wright has a strong personal connection to the cause. With a military background in her family, Wright has experienced the loss of her uncle to suicide following his battle with PTSD.

The event will feature a new addition: a Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) rodeo, bringing together barbecue teams, sponsors, volunteers, and community members to support veterans navigating the often-invisible wounds of military service. Camp Hope, a program of the PTSD Foundation of America, provides a six- to nine-month interim housing and recovery program at no cost to veterans or their families. Since opening in 2012, the program has combined peer support, certified combat trauma mentoring, weekly sessions with licensed healthcare professionals, and professional development to help veterans pursue recovery and rebuild their lives.

Right Choice Construction's sponsorship reflects its commitment to supporting meaningful community initiatives and the people they serve. The company is honored to join fellow supporters in advancing Camp Hope's mission and raising awareness of the resources available to veterans and their families.

The 15th Annual Camp Hope BBQ Cook-Off is a significant event in the community, bringing together a diverse group of participants and supporters to make a difference in the lives of veterans and their families. The event is expected to attract a wide range of attendees, including local businesses, community members, and military families, all coming together to celebrate the resilience and strength of those who have served our country.
