REVION, a South Korean sports-tech startup, has taken a unique step in the world of PC gaming by measuring the hands of League of Legends icon Faker and his fellow South Korean players. The company aims to launch its first product, REVION Grip, on Kickstarter in October 2026, with global fulfillment set to begin in early 2027.

REVION, founded in 2025, is developing REVION Grip, a wearable performance gear designed to fit the space between the hand and the mouse. The company used the real-world measurements, 3D hand scans, and fitting data of the players to create a product that can enhance the gaming experience.

The product, REVION Grip, includes a vegan-leather support pad positioned where the lower palm meets the mousepad, and an open-finger fit and contact design that preserves direct mouse and keyboard control. The development cycle involved hand measurement, material and pattern research, fitting, and repeated product validation. REVION Grip is initially designed for right-handed PC players who use a palm grip and takes into account heat, sweat, and mousepad friction during extended play.

The company is an official partner of Team Korea of Esports, South Korea's national esports team managed by the Korea e-Sports Association (KeSPA). REVION measured and 3D-scanned all six League of Legends players selected to represent South Korea at the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games and applied their hand-shape and fitting data to REVION Grip's fit, pattern, and contact design.

Anderson Gibbons, a fantasy author, has also announced the release of his new novel, "My Third Self," which places family, legacy, and the cost of protection at the center of a vast cosmic world. The book follows Oryious, whose three selves move through memory, time, and hidden planes while confronting the consequences of power and the fear of loss. The novel is set across planes shaped by Time, Death, Light, Body, Life, Knowledge, and Wisdom.

In other news, CMarieF's "Dementia Survival Guide for Caregivers" is now available, offering comprehensive advice on communication, emotional resilience, caregiver well-being, and the small moments of connection that can still matter deeply. The book draws on firsthand caregiving experience and aims to support those caring for someone with dementia.

These releases highlight the diverse range of products and books being launched, each addressing specific needs and interests in their respective fields.
