Rescue Village, a Cleveland-based nonprofit dedicated to saving and caring for homeless animals, is set to host its 33rd annual Woofstock this Sunday, September 20, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Cleveland Metroparks Polo Field. The event promises to be a day filled with fun, entertainment, and support for the organization’s mission.
This year’s Woofstock will feature a diverse array of activities and attractions, including 90 vendors and 21 food trucks. Visitors can expect to enjoy a variety of offerings, from dog games and lure courses to live music and children’s activities. The Four Paws Beer Garden will also be open, offering a relaxed atmosphere for adults. Additionally, the event will showcase adoptable dogs and feature a popular dog costume contest.
Proceeds from the festival will support Rescue Village’s year-round efforts to provide shelter, medical care, and new homes for animals in need. The organization has been serving the community for over 50 years, with a mission to provide humane services for animals and compassion for their people.
