Renpho, a global leader in smart wellness technology, has expanded its MorphoScan smart scale series with the introduction of the MorphoScan Aspire and MorphoScan Lite. These new additions join the flagship MorphoScan Nova and the original MorphoScan Smart Body Scale, providing consumers with more options to track their weight, body fat, muscle mass, and other wellness metrics at home.
According to Renpho, the growing interest in body composition analysis is driving this expansion. An August 2026 Gallup poll found that 11% of U.S. adults reported taking a GLP-1 medication for weight loss, up from just 3% in 2024. This trend highlights the increasing demand for comprehensive health tracking tools that go beyond simple weight measurements.
The MorphoScan Aspire and Lite are designed to cater to different consumer needs and budgets. The MorphoScan Lite is the most affordable entry into the MorphoScan series, offering 8-electrode, dual-frequency Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) technology. It provides upper- and lower-body measurements and displays four key metrics, including weight, body fat percentage, and skeletal muscle percentage. The Lite also shows seven-day trends for these metrics, making it ideal for those just starting their fitness or wellness journey.
The MorphoScan Base, another addition to the series, offers more straightforward tracking with five key metrics: weight, body fat percentage, BMI, skeletal muscle percentage, and visceral fat level. It supports up to eight local user profiles, making it practical for households or individuals who want more at-a-glance insights. The MorphoScan Aspire builds on the Lite with Wi-Fi connectivity, a larger 4.3-inch handle display, and an expanded 500-pound capacity. This model presents seven key metrics and a seven-day weight trend, facilitating easier syncing and progress tracking.
At the flagship level, the MorphoScan Nova prioritizes a guided, interactive experience with a full-color handle display, voice-guided measurements, and built-in navigation controls. Recognized as a Clinicians' Choice by FrontRowMD, the Nova has been shared with clients by more than 300 clinicians across the U.S., reinforcing its credibility among healthcare professionals. It uses 8-electrode, dual-frequency BIA technology to provide detailed segmental analysis across the arms, legs, and torso, with results presented across eight on-screen pages. The Nova also features a long-lasting USB-C rechargeable battery, with detailed results, historical trends, and reports available for continued progress tracking.
All models in the MorphoScan series pair with the free Renpho Health App, where users can access body composition metrics, monitor trends, and view detailed charts and shareable reports without a monthly subscription fee. The app also connects with Apple Health, Health Connect, and Fitbit, allowing users to integrate their body composition data into their broader health and fitness tracking.
Dr. Anila Khan, a family medicine physician in the FrontRowMD network, praised the MorphoScan Nova for its comprehensive approach to health tracking.
Renpho's Founder and CEO, Toby Yu, emphasized the importance of providing meaningful data that is easy to access and act on.
Consumers can find the new MorphoScan scales at major retailers, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, and TikTok Shop. The MorphoScan Lite is priced at $129.99, the MorphoScan Base at $149.99, the MorphoScan Aspire at $169.99, and the MorphoScan Nova at $219.99.
