Renforth Resources Completes Field Work and Drill Core Sampling at Parbec Gold Deposit

Renforth Resources Inc, a Canadian junior gold exploration company, has completed field work and drill core sampling at its Parbec gold deposit in Quebec. The company's efforts have yielded positive results, including the observation of four fine flecks of visible gold in a quartz-albite veinlet within drill core PAR-26-149, the first undercut hole drilled in the stripped area at Parbec in August 2026.
The visible gold, while exciting, is described as atypical for the Parbec deposit. Renforth awaits assay results for additional samples, including those from drill core and new channels that were cut to extend, infill, and provide more constrained data. The company has also completed additional stripping and washing in the Parbec Gold Deposit open pit footprint to better constrain the previously press-released gold-bearing surface channels.
At the Parbec deposit, Renforth has been working on the two drill holes, PAR-26-149 and PAR-26-150, which were the first drills on the property since 2022. The quick logs of these drill holes reveal the presence of various mineralized zones, including sheared diorite, talc chlorite schist, and felsite. The logs indicate the presence of fine to medium disseminated pyrite and fracture tourmaline, with two of the four visible flecks of gold found in PAR-26-149.
The company has also focused on channel sampling within the open pit footprint. Notable results include a highlight from channel CHNL-PAR-26-51, which showed 2.97 grams per tonne (g/t) of gold over 10.2 meters, including sub-intervals of 5.2 g/t over 1.1 meters and 4.13 g/t over 2.9 meters, along with silver sub-intervals of 2.48 g/t over 2 meters, 1.93 g/t over 1 meter, and 4.42 g/t over 1.75 meters. In channel CHNL-PAR-26-58, the highlight result was 8.02 g/t of gold over 2.55 meters, including a gold sub-interval of 28.77 g/t over 0.6 meters.
Renforth is also working on updating its geological model and resource statement for the Parbec gold deposit. To support this, the company has completed a Quality Person (QP) site visit with witness sampling. The results of the assay programs, including those from the Victoria drill program, will be released once received and reviewed by the Company’s Qualified Person.
Renforth's strategic location immediately adjacent to Agnico Eagle Mines Limited's (T:AEM, NYSE:AEM) Canadian Malartic complex makes the Parbec deposit particularly interesting. The company is committed to advancing the Parbec gold deposit to a point where it can monetize the deposit to further develop its Victoria nickel-focused polymetallic deposit.
