Red Bank Catholic High School and Conscientia Health have unveiled a new Wellness Room, marking a significant expansion of their commitment to student mental and physical health. The initiative, part of a broader partnership, aims to create a culture where wellness is integral to student success.
The Wellness Room, located on the campus of Red Bank Catholic High School, features a private consultation space, a group and workshop area for peer support sessions, and a self-guided check-in tool that connects students directly with a clinician when needed. This facility is part of Conscientia Health’s RISE by Conscientia program, which extends the company’s integrated care model into school communities.
Nicole Wall, a Student Assistance Counselor at Red Bank Catholic High School, emphasized the importance of this initiative.
Dr. Simbiat Adighije, Founder of Conscientia Health, highlighted the timing of the Wellness Room’s opening. Sim said. "But it's a reminder of why this work matters. Too many young people carry real struggles quietly, and too many adults around them don't know until it's a crisis. This room is one answer to that: a place where a student can be seen and supported before things reach that point."
The partnership between Red Bank Catholic High School and Conscientia Health includes a wellness curriculum focused on mental health awareness, resilience, and coping strategies. The initiative also involves educational programming workshops and expanded support pathways for students and families.
