Edward Park, with over 26 years of experience in advanced technology and international business management, has held senior and leadership roles in the computer and networking industries. His background includes managing point-of-sale systems, fiber-optic communications, and high-speed networking. Park has also assisted in the development and management of franchise and restaurant businesses, serving as CEO of multiple companies. His career highlights include his time with Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd, Novell Korea, and Harmonic Inc. Park holds a Master of Electrical Engineering degree from Seoul National University and has received notable recognition for his technology and sales performance.
James Lim, on the other hand, brings more than 15 years of experience in the coffee industry, specifically in distribution, roasting, and branding. Lim began his career with a coffee distribution and roasting company after graduating from Kookmin University with a degree in Education. He then spent over a decade at Hollys Coffee in Seoul, South Korea, where he managed coffee distribution, roasting, and branding. Lim's subsequent experience includes serving as General Manager at Caffe Bene for approximately five years. Currently, Lim works in the logistics industry in the United States.
The appointments aim to broaden the range of operating and industry experience on the board, providing additional depth as Reborn Coffee Inc oversees its operations and long-term business priorities. Both Park and Lim will serve until the company's next annual meeting of stockholders or until their successors are duly appointed and qualified, subject to earlier termination due to death, resignation, retirement, disqualification, removal from office, or other cause.
