NEW YORK, Oct. 15, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Rebecca Wilson, a seasoned executive search consultant, has joined Calibre One as a Partner in the firm's Financial Services practice. Based in New York, Wilson will also co-lead the Global Real Estate practice alongside Managing Partner David Schumer. Her role will involve advising financial services and real estate organizations on senior hires across functions, working with clients throughout the United States and international firms building leadership teams in the U.S.
Wilson brings a wealth of experience to Calibre One, having held senior positions at Citibank, First USA Bank/Bank One, HSBC, and Lehman Brothers. She went on to found and lead her own strategy consulting firm, advising clients across industries in the United States, Canada, and Australia. Her work included launching new ventures, transforming operations at established companies, recruiting executive talent, and serving as a coach and strategic advisor to CEOs.
Prior to joining Calibre One, Wilson served as Managing Director and Regional President at 20/20 Foresight Talent Solutions, a role she held from 2018 until joining Calibre One. 20/20 Foresight Talent Solutions is a firm with more than 25 years' experience building leadership teams for technology companies and innovation-led organizations across Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Consumer, Sports & Entertainment, and Industrials & Infrastructure.
