Realty of America Launches Young Producers Network for Rising Agents

Realty of America, a national real estate brokerage, has launched the Young Producers Network, a community aimed at rising agents aged 30 and under. This initiative brings together agents who are 30 and under, providing them with a platform to exchange ideas, build referral relationships, and openly discuss the ambitions and challenges shaping their careers. The network is led by producers from the same generation, ensuring that the community remains grounded in the experiences and perspectives of its members.
At the heart of the network is the belief that access can significantly impact the trajectory of a young agent's career. Eddie Garcia, the founder and CEO of Realty of America, emphasizes the importance of providing young producers with the right access and guidance early on. Garcia, who is 41 years old, founded his first brokerage at the age of 26 and launched Realty of America at 39. Under his leadership, the company has grown to more than 3,700 agents across 26 markets, making it one of the fastest-growing brokerages in the country.
The Young Producers Network will not only offer peer collaboration but also mentorship from some of Realty of America’s most successful producers. These producers, who generate more than $100 million in annual sales, will share their strategies, systems, and lessons learned through private masterminds, live trainings, and candid conversations. The goal is to help young agents avoid years of costly trial and error and accelerate their path to lasting success and wealth.
Pablo Nieto, 30, and Sergio Orozco, 24, will serve as national co-chairs of the Young Producers Network. Nieto and Orozco are on track to close 200 homes this year.
The network is designed to make success more transferable, with one generation of producers opening doors for the next. Garcia, who is one of the youngest CEOs leading a national real estate brokerage, believes that age should never determine whether someone’s ideas are heard or whether they are given an opportunity to lead.
