Realis Navigate Launches to Empower Technology Partners with AI Expertise

Realis Solutions Group, an AI and emerging risk advisory firm based in Portland, Oregon, has launched a new program called Realis Navigate. This initiative aims to empower technology partners to offer senior AI expertise to their customers without the need to build an advisory practice internally.
Realis Navigate operates on two tracks: one for independent software vendors (ISVs) and another for resellers, distributors, and solution providers. The program allows partners to bring a principal-level advisor into customer accounts on their terms, providing expert guidance when needed.
According to Mike Reed, Co-Founder and COO of Realis Solutions Group, the program was designed to address the challenges partners face when asked to commit to a program that feels one-sided. "We built the opposite," Reed explained. "A partner brings us into the accounts where their customer needs the AI question answered, keeps their own solution at the center, and we work the AI question alongside them. Our interest is in making our partners more relevant to their customers, and that only works if we are additive."
For ISVs, Realis Navigate operates as a co-selling relationship. Independent software vendors whose products contain AI or those selling AI-enabling infrastructure and services can introduce Realis to their customers when they reach a decision point on adoption, build approach, or governance. A short, senior, fixed-scope engagement from Realis provides the customer with the necessary structure and evidence to move forward. There is no revenue sharing in this track, and no reseller agreement is required.
Realis operates a buy-sell model for resellers, distributors, and solution providers. These partners can list and sell Realis's catalog of AI advisory services to their own customers, adding a business-side AI competency to their portfolio without hiring for one. The resellers purchase each service at a fixed partner cost, set their own price to the customer, and retain the difference. Realis performs all services directly under its own master services agreement with the customer, so partners carry no delivery obligation, no certification requirement, and no inventory.
Realis Navigate is now open to U.S.-based companies. Firms interested in either track can reach the Realis partner team at [realissolutions.com/partners.html]. Navigate for ISVs begins with a mutual non-disclosure agreement and a conversation. Navigate for Resellers starts with a mutual non-disclosure agreement, which provides access to the program documents and the partner agreement, followed by an executed partner program agreement.
