Ready Computing chosen to modernize Alabama's One Health Record
Ready Computing, a leading provider of healthcare interoperability solutions, has been chosen by the Alabama Medicaid Agency to modernize and operate One Health Record, the state's Health Information Exchange (HIE). This selection marks a significant milestone for the company, further establishing its role in advancing healthcare connectivity on a statewide scale.
As part of the initiative, Ready Computing will migrate One Health Record to Microsoft Azure, creating a modern, scalable cloud foundation that will enhance the security, reliability, and performance of Alabama's HIE. The move also aims to provide greater flexibility, supporting future innovations and addressing Alabama's evolving healthcare needs.

One Health Record facilitates the secure and authorized exchange of health information among hospitals, health systems, physician practices, laboratories, public health organizations, and other healthcare stakeholders. Its modernization is expected to strengthen care coordination, support informed clinical decision-making, and lay a flexible foundation for future growth.
Ready Computing has been working alongside Accenture to support the One Health Record program for several years, contributing expertise and services to the statewide initiative. Under the new operating model, the company will lead the program, with Accenture continuing to provide support as part of the team.
