Ramsay Santé Group, a leading European healthcare provider, has unveiled its new strategic roadmap, "Connecting Care 2030," aimed at driving the company’s next phase of profitable growth and creating long-term value for all stakeholders. The plan builds on the success of the previous strategy, "Yes We Care 2025," which saw the company grow into a major player in five countries, including France and Sweden.

According to Pascal Roché, CEO of Ramsay Santé Group, the new strategy is anchored in medical excellence and patient-centered care. "Connecting Care 2030" is designed to improve patient outcomes and access to care while delivering sustainable profitable growth. The plan is structured around five key pillars: strengthening the integrated and accessible healthcare offering, embracing the digital transformation of healthcare delivery, ensuring active portfolio and contract management, focusing on cost initiatives, and accelerating profitable growth through new revenue streams.

The company expects to achieve a revenue growth of 3.0% per annum from fiscal year 2029, with an improvement in EBITDA margin. Ramsay Santé Group also aims to continue deleveraging, targeting a net debt to EBITDA ratio of less than 4.0x. The strategy is supported by a disciplined capital investment policy aimed at strengthening the platform, supporting innovation, and investing in the future of healthcare.

In the past five years, Ramsay Santé Group has significantly expanded its operations. The company now serves more than 13 million patients, operates 491 care facilities, and has seen a 2-point increase in patient satisfaction, reaching a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +73. The group has also established a leading position in five countries, leveraging a unique model of cross-country innovation and knowledge sharing.

The Capital Markets Day also marked a significant change in the company’s ownership structure. Ramsay Health Care, the current 52.79% majority shareholder, announced its intention to distribute its entire stake in Ramsay Santé Group to its own shareholders through an in-specie distribution expected to be implemented in December 2026. This move is expected to broaden the shareholder base and provide new opportunities for investors.

Crédit Agricole Assurances, which holds 39.82% of Ramsay Santé Group, has reaffirmed its commitment as a long-term shareholder, expressing confidence in the group’s strategy and development potential. The company’s strong financial position, supported by recent refinancing, will enable it to execute the new strategy effectively.

Roché concluded, "Today, we are opening the next chapter of Ramsay Santé Group’s development with ‘Connecting Care 2030,’ our new strategic plan designed to unlock the full potential of our Group. These past years we have successfully transformed the Group, building one of the leading and most integrated healthcare platforms in Europe. Connecting Care 2030 is about unlocking the full potential of that platform with a clear ambition: connecting more patients across a greater share of their care journey, expanding where we have structural headroom, developing new revenue streams, and leveraging digitalisation and productivity to translate growth into stronger profitability."

The company’s strategic roadmap is expected to drive solid organic growth, progressive margin improvement, and continued deleveraging, supported by disciplined capital allocation. Ramsay Santé Group aims to create sustainable long-term value for all its stakeholders, including patients, employees, and investors.
