Railtown AI Resolves Compliance Issue, Shares Set to Resume Trading

Railtown AI Technologies Inc., a Vancouver-based company specializing in artificial intelligence solutions, has resolved a critical compliance issue that had led to a trading halt. The company announced that it filed its third-quarter financial statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) on Saturday, September 5, following a Cease Trade Order (CTO) issued on Friday, September 4.

The CTO was imposed due to the company's failure to file its quarterly reports as required. Railtown had attempted to use an exemption under Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933 for quarterly reporting. However, the company discovered that an incorrect version of a news release, which was intended to enable the use of the exemption, had been filed. By Wednesday, September 2, all attempts to rectify the situation by contacting the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) were unsuccessful, leading to the CTO.

Cory Brandolini, Chief Executive Officer of Railtown AI Technologies Inc., stated, "We take full responsibility for the oversight that led to the CTO. Our team worked diligently to address the issue as quickly as possible and have now filed the required documents. We are committed to maintaining strict compliance with all regulatory requirements going forward."

Trading in the company's shares is expected to resume once the BCSC issues a revocation order. The company's shares had been suspended due to the CTO, which is a regulatory measure to prevent trading until the issue is resolved.

Railtown AI Technologies Inc. continues to focus on its Services-Led Commercialization Strategy, which combines professional services with scalable AI technologies to help customers accelerate AI adoption. Through its Conductr platform, Railtracks Agent Development Kit, and ongoing investment in Canada's developer ecosystem, the company aims to support the growth of AI-powered businesses.

The company emphasized that this incident is an isolated case and that it has robust internal controls and compliance mechanisms in place to prevent such occurrences in the future.
