Radiant Uranium Acquires Cross Lake Uranium Property with 371 Thousand Lbs of U3O8

On September 22nd, 2026, Vancouver, BC-based Radiant Uranium Corp. announced the acquisition of the 2,048 hectare Cross Lake uranium property, located southwest of the Key Lake Mine in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan, Canada. This acquisition marks a significant step forward for the company as it aims to become a producer of uranium.

The Cross Lake uranium property is characterized by mineralization associated with pegmatitic garnetiferous gneiss along a 2.4 km northeast-trending structural lineament. The property includes identified mineralized zones at the Narrows, Portage, and Cross uranium showings. Historic work at the Narrows Zone outlined mineralization over a true width of approximately 11 to 15.8 metres, with drilling testing the zone to a depth of about 75 metres. This work resulted in a 1979 historic estimate of 371,038 lbs of U3O8 at an average grade of 1.2435 lbs per tonne to a depth of 75 metres.

The estimate is considered reliable, having been completed by geologists trained to the standards of the day. Although the drilling was not detailed enough to prove the structure nor to estimate proven reserves, possible reserves based on the grades and thicknesses of the mineralized intersections from the drillholes and the interpreted structure have been conservatively estimated.

Radiant Uranium can obtain a 100% interest in the Cross Lake property, subject to a 1% Net Smelter Return ("NSR") royalty from an arms-length Optionor, Bromell Mining LLP of Luton, United Kingdom. The terms for obtaining this interest include paying an aggregate of $200,000 to the Optionor as follows: $20,000 upon CSE approval of the Agreement; $40,000 on or before the first anniversary of the Agreement; and $140,000 on or before the third anniversary of the signing of the Agreement. Additionally, the company must issue 4,000,000 common shares to the Optionor upon CSE approval. The company must also incur $250,000 in Exploration Expenditures on or before the third anniversary of CSE approval of the Agreement.

Radiant Uranium remains committed to advancing its projects responsibly, with a focus on environmental stewardship, strong community engagement, including partnerships with indigenous groups, and sustainable development practices. The company is not aware of a more recent historic estimate, though a small drill program in 2008 by Uracan Resources Ltd. did confirm the presence of uranium in the area of the historic estimate. Twinning of a number of holes and infill drilling would be required to move the historic estimate to a current mineral resource.
