QuikStor, a self-storage facility management system, has unveiled a suite of new features designed to give operators an edge in the competitive self-storage market. The company's latest release, which debuts at the Self-Storage Association (SSA) Fall 2026 conference in Las Vegas, aims to enhance revenue management, data reporting, and website transparency for self-storage operators.

According to Andre Hadzi-Pavlovic, QuikStor's Chief Innovation Officer, the new platform is built by operators for operators. "Our tools are the direct result of real-world operator needs, not a preconceived product roadmap," Hadzi-Pavlovic stated. "We develop the tools operators ask for, provide the data to back up every decision, and get out of the way so operators can run their business their way."

QuikStor's AI-driven Revenue Management module is a cornerstone of the new release. This tool combines facility-specific data with competitor rates and external economic indicators to recommend pricing strategies. Operators can set the guardrails, strategy, and rules, with the AI analyzing data, projecting outcomes, and surfacing ideas. Operators can ask questions in plain language and teach the AI their preferences, approving, editing, skipping, or challenging each suggestion.

Small operators can activate a proven model with minimal setup, while larger operators can manage granularly by unit type, occupancy, churn, floor, and property-specific goals. The system adapts to the operator, not the other way around, ensuring that operators retain control over their business strategies.

In addition to revenue management, QuikStor introduces the Report Assistant feature. This tool enables operators to ask their data precisely what they want to know, receiving answers in seconds. Operators can generate charts, custom reports, or saved queries that can be saved as standard, exportable reports across an entire portfolio of facilities or users. Custom dashboards allow operators to build their own views and share them with others as desired.

The QuikVoice AI telephony feature is another significant addition. It handles routine calls, such as tenant questions, unit sizes and rentals, gate code requests, and payments, routing calls to staff based on the rules operators define. This feature reduces staff time on routine calls and minimizes lost leads after hours without compromising operator control.

Finally, QuikStor enhances website and marketing transparency with its new website and analytics capabilities. Operators can choose between a template website built, hosted, and maintained by QuikStor or integrate a line of code into an existing site for a fully custom experience. The full rental journey, from the first Google click to a signed lease, is now visible to operators with end-to-end transparency. This feature provides greater flexibility, transparency, and control over the website experience, allowing operators to change marketing partners without sacrificing functionality or losing valuable data.

With these new features, QuikStor aims to provide self-storage operators with the tools they need to optimize their operations and increase net operating income (NOI). The company's commitment to operator-driven innovation and flexibility positions it as a key player in the evolving self-storage industry.
