Ness Ziona, Israel, Sept. 24, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- QTREX Quantum Ltd., a company focused on advancing Additively Manufactured Electronics (AME) for quantum computing infrastructure, has reported its first half 2026 financial results. The company reported a record $1.55 million in revenue, up 438% from $289,000 in the first half of 2025, with a consolidated gross margin of 61%. All revenue was generated by the AME and Quantum segment in its first 86 days under QTREX following the acquisition on April 6, 2026.

The launch of INSU300, the first native RF dielectric developed specifically for superconducting quantum computing, occurred on September 23, 2026. The material was provided to two government and defense organizations for validation within their own systems. INSU300 is a dedicated system that supports 17,280 coaxial lines per cryogenic stage, and the interconnect architecture designed to support this has been presented at IEEE Quantum Week in Toronto and at Quantum World Congress in College Park, Maryland.

QTREX Quantum expects to announce additional commercial agreements in the fourth quarter and provide a 2027 financial outlook. The company has been using its acquired AME platform to develop proprietary materials and integrated cryogenic components that address the thermal load, wiring, and signal integrity challenges of scaling superconducting quantum computers. The company has already established a network of customers and collaborators, including a leading quantum computing company, a U.S. government laboratory, and defense companies and organizations.

In the first half of 2026, QTREX Quantum's revenue was $1.55 million, with $1.24 million from sales of AME systems, proprietary inks, other consumables, and spare parts, and $313,000 from installation, training, support, and maintenance services. The company's consolidated gross profit was $944,000, representing a gross margin of approximately 61%. Cash, cash equivalents, and deposits stood at $10.7 million on June 30, 2026, compared to $3.2 million on December 31, 2025.

The company's operating expenses were $7.9 million, up from $7.2 million in the first half of 2025, primarily due to research and development expenses associated with the acquired AME and Quantum operations, partly offset by lower general and administrative expenses, primarily lower share-based compensation. The AME and Quantum segment recorded an operating loss of $1.4 million in its first 86 days under QTREX, while the Medical Technology segment carried corporate and public company costs, resulting in a total operating loss of $5.5 million.

QTREX Quantum's outlook for the fourth quarter of 2026 is expected to be its most active commercial period yet, with the company anticipating the announcement of additional commercial agreements and the provision of a financial outlook for 2027. The company has also completed a joint work plan with a U.S. national laboratory, targeting formalization of the collaboration during the quarter, subject to the laboratory's review and approval process.

QTREX Quantum Ltd. (Nasdaq: QTEX) is a technology company focused on advanced connectivity and electronics manufacturing solutions for quantum computing and other advanced hardware markets. Following its acquisition of the AME platform, the company is developing high-density, thermally optimized quantum connectivity solutions for dilution cryostats and advancing AME applications for defense, aerospace, missile, space, and other mission-critical environments. The company also continues to advance its medical technology portfolio, including respiratory support and blood monitoring platforms, while actively working to monetize certain parts of the medical business.
