This latest version aims to simplify the process of creating and exploring comparisons, making it more accessible to users with varying levels of analytics expertise.

The new release enhances the user experience by allowing comparisons of key metrics such as revenue, sales, orders, and quantity across different time periods, including quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year comparisons. Qrvey presents the reference value, comparison value, and the difference together, with customizable indicators that highlight whether a change represents a better or worse business outcome.

Moreover, Qrvey 9.5 supports more sophisticated time comparisons. Users can define highly specific periods and save them as reusable presets, enabling analysis to be tailored to the business question rather than being constrained by standard reporting periods. For instance, a consumer company can examine product sales during a heat wave or wildfire, assess profitability before and after a tariff change, or compare supplier pricing during periods of fluctuating oil prices.

To further simplify the process, Qrvey 9.5 introduces an AI-powered analytics assistant called Qrvey Sidekick. This tool allows users to create comparisons by simply describing what they want to analyze, using natural language. Sidekick, trained on Qrvey's comparative analytics capabilities, helps users navigate the complexity of analysis and identify the comparisons that matter most.
