Qfin Holdings Names New CEO for International Expansion

SHANGHAI, China, Sept. 20, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Qfin Holdings, a leading AI-empowered Credit-Tech platform in China, has announced significant changes in its senior management and board composition. The company, listed on NASDAQ (NASDAQ: QFIN) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx: 3660), is stepping up its international business focus.
Mr. Haisheng Wu, the current CEO and a director of Qfin Holdings, will step down from his roles as CEO and director effective September 21, 2026. Wu has been a key figure in the company since its inception, contributing significantly to its growth and development. He will continue to work with the company, focusing on its international expansion.
The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Yan Zheng as the new CEO and director of Qfin Holdings, effective September 21, 2026. Zheng, who previously served as the company's vice president from February 2017 and its chief risk officer from July 2020, brings 18 years of experience in consumer finance risk management. Prior to joining Qfin Holdings, Zheng co-founded Shenzhen Samoyed Internet Finance Service Co. Ltd. in May 2015, where he was responsible for credit product risk management. His earlier career included a stint at China Merchants Bank (Shanghai Stock Exchange: 600036), where he worked from November 2014 to April 2015, and a role at the Credit Card Center of China Merchants Bank from July 2008 to October 2014, focusing on consumer credit policies and credit limits.
Zheng holds a bachelor’s degree in quantitative economics (Chinese-foreign) from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and an EMBA degree from Fudan University, which he completed in 2025.
Fan Zhao, chairman of the Board, expressed gratitude to Mr. Wu for his leadership and dedication.
