Q2 Metals Corp. (TSX.V: QTWO | OTCQB: QUEXF | FSE: 458) ("Q2" or the "Company") has announced significant findings from its 2026 summer drill program at the Cisco Lithium Project, located within the greater Nemaska traditional territory of the southernmost portion of the Eeyou Istchee, James Bay region of Quebec, Canada. The project, just 6.5 kilometers from the paved Billy Diamond Highway, provides strategic access to rail infrastructure in the Town of Matagami, approximately 150 kilometers to the south.
The latest drilling results, reported in the 1,090 meters of drilling over three drill holes, have extended the known mineralization of the Cisco Deposit by 100 meters to the north. Specifically, drill hole-96 has confirmed the presence of 134.5 meters at 1.20% Li₂O starting at surface, and an additional 101.6 meters at 1.02% Li₂O, entirely outside the conceptual pit-shell defined in the April-2026 Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE).
Additionally, drill hole-95 has identified 10 separate intervals, including 70 meters at 1.28% Li₂O, 31.3 meters at 1.00% Li₂O, and 25.7 meters at 1.33% Li₂O. Drill hole-94 has revealed two intervals: 29.2 meters at 1.53% Li₂O and 19.3 meters at 1.84% Li₂O.
To date, Q2 Metals has completed a total of 19,521 meters over 43 drill holes during the 2026 summer drill program, with five drill rigs continuing to operate at the Cisco Project. The Company expects to publish its inaugural Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) on the Cisco Lithium Project in Fall-2026.
The April-2026 MRE, based on 33,343 meters of drilling across 75 holes completed up to December 15, 2025, outlines a pit-constrained resource of 270 million tonnes grading 1.36% Li₂O at a 0.4% Li₂O cut-off grade. The Company is also exploring an additional underground-constrained resource of 24 million tonnes grading 1.34% Li₂O Inferred at a 0.7% Li₂O cut-off grade.
The Company is well-capitalized to continue its exploration work, with $70.9 million on its balance sheet as of August 31, 2026. The focus remains on advancing the resource toward an indicated resource classification and targeted expansion drilling and regional exploration to evaluate high-priority targets surrounding the Cisco Deposit and across the broader project area.
