He previously served as a law clerk at Kubicki Draper, where he drafted motions, participated in depositions, and prepared pre-mediation reports on insurance defense matters. Additionally, Rodriguez worked as a student attorney at the University of Miami Immigration Clinic, representing a detained client in an asylum case before the Orlando Immigration Court.
