Pronto Seeks to Take Over Jaguars Game-Day Shuttle Service

Pronto Corporation, a San Jose, California-based company, has launched a booking portal for shuttle service to Jacksonville Jaguars home games at EverBank Stadium. The portal is available at iPronto.com/jacksonville-jaguars and features published schedules for the November 1 game against the Indianapolis Colts and other future events held at EverBank Stadium.
The launch of the booking portal comes after Pronto Corporation filed a notice of violation of Federal Laws (49 CFR Part 604) against the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) for its Game Day Express (GDX) shuttle service. The service, which JTA had issued a charter service notice for under 49 CFR § 604.14, was operated by JTA despite Pronto Corporation's response in July 2026, which stated it was ready, willing, and able to operate the service.
On July 21, 2026, JTA issued a charter service notice for the Jacksonville Jaguars game-day shuttle service. Pronto Corporation, a registered charter provider, responded affirmatively within the response window that closed on August 4, 2026, indicating its readiness to operate the service. On July 27, 2026, JTA issued a statement that it had "no further role" in the process and proceeded to operate the service anyway, starting with the preseason home game on August 21 and continuing through the home games on August 28, September 13, and September 27.
Pronto Corporation has 15+ years of experience in delivering special event shuttle services, having launched fan shuttle services under an agreement with the San Francisco 49ers in 2010 and since then for numerous other venues and special events, including UC Berkeley Football games, Live Nation concerts, Pebble Beach Car show, Paul McCartney and Jay-Z & Justin Timberlake concerts.
Since responding to JTA's notice, Pronto Corporation has also launched shuttle services for University of Nebraska Huskers football games and has successfully completed 67 shuttle service schedules, transporting 3,188 passengers. The company has also served 100,000+ fans over the past 15+ years.
Pronto Corporation is now asking JTA to stand down from operating the Jaguars game-day shuttle service and to allow the registered private provider to operate it, as required by the Federal Charter Rule. The company has asked JTA to follow through on its July 27 communication that it had "no further role in this process," to stop advertising its Game Day Express service, and to allow private operators to operate the service under the rights and protections granted by the Federal Charter Rule.
