Project 777 Boosted by AI Experts Sean Perry and Preston Dunlap

Project 777, a frontier AI initiative, has bolstered its technical leadership with the addition of Sean Perry, formerly with Agentic AI at Meta Superintelligence Labs, and the continued advisement of Preston Dunlap, the first Chief Technology Officer and Chief Architect of the U.S. Space Force and U.S. Air Force.

Perry joins Project 777 as a Strategic Technical Lead, bringing with him experience from Meta Superintelligence Labs. Dunlap, who has been advising Project 777 since April 2025, continues his role as a Technical Advisor, providing critical technical insights as the project advances its strategic discussions with major AI organizations.

According to TK Stohlman, the Founder and Architect of Project 777, the company has made significant strides in demonstrating three core breakthroughs: runtime intelligence and safety, bounded recursive self-improvement, and cross-domain operation through the same core architecture. These advancements are designed to ensure that intelligence can improve and compound while remaining under control.

"Sean and Preston bring extraordinary perspective from frontier AI and national-security systems as we strengthen the evidence and scale what already works," said Stohlman. "Project 777 is a compounding intelligence layer that operates above frontier models and agents, ensuring that built-in layers continuously check reasoning, evidence, and safety."

The initiative's technical architecture is built on a governed system that allows validated intelligence, evaluation history, accepted improvements, rejected changes, and accumulated operating experience to be carried forward even as underlying frontier models change. This approach is seen as an early operating sign of safe superintelligence, aligning with Google DeepMind's recent paper on pathways toward artificial superintelligence.

Project 777 has also garnered early commercial validation. A2035 Ventures, the organization behind the project, entered into an option and license agreement with Atherion Bioresearch, covering up to three Project 777-generated disease programs. The potential non-royalty consideration across these programs could exceed $1 million, plus downstream royalties.

Looking ahead, A2035 Ventures is engaged in strategic discussions with major technology and frontier-AI organizations while selectively licensing Project 777-generated solutions. The company believes that this combination of technical innovation and commercial validation positions Project 777 as a promising step toward safe and controlled artificial superintelligence.
