Proformex Names Amanda Yoho as New President and CEO

Proformex, a leading provider of information and technology solutions for post-sale life insurance and annuities, has announced a significant leadership change, effective September 1, 2026. Dr. Amanda Yoho, who has been with the company since 2019, will take on the role of President and CEO.

Yoho’s journey with Proformex began in 2019 when she joined as Chief Technology Officer. In this role, she played a pivotal part in building the company’s data and product infrastructure, which still forms the backbone of Proformex today. Prior to Proformex, Yoho spent more than four years at IBM’s Watson Health and earned her Ph.D. in physics from Case Western Reserve University. Her extensive experience in technology and data management positions her well to lead the company into its next phase.

In December 2024, Yoho was promoted to President, a role that has seen her significantly enhance Proformex’s strategic direction. With her leadership, the company has expanded its presence among the largest banks, broker-dealers, RIA firms, and BGAs and IMOs. One of Yoho’s most notable contributions has been the launch of Willow, a suite of AI-enabled solutions. Launched in July 2026, Willow integrates critical insurance and annuity data securely into the AI tools and workflows used by financial professionals. This innovative product is Proformex’s most significant release to date, signaling the company’s commitment to leveraging technology to meet the evolving needs of the financial industry.
