PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla., Oct. 5, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Pro Shop, the media and entertainment platform that connects golf with mainstream culture, has secured a $24 million Series B financing round. The round, led by Arthur M. Blank Sports and Entertainment (AMBSE), also includes investments from Causeway Media Partners and Ares Sports, Media and Entertainment funds, alongside returning investors such as PGA Tour, Powerhouse Capital, and Phoenix Capital Ventures.

Since its launch in 2023, Pro Shop has grown significantly, expanding into a multi-platform media, entertainment, and commerce company. The company now reaches over 35 million unique users across its portfolio, which includes premium film and television, digital and creator-led programming, live competition, community and consumer brands. In just over two years, Pro Shop has produced Netflix's Full Swing and co-produced Happy Gilmore 2, expanded into premium live competition through the PGA Tour's Creator Classic, and revived The Skins Game, which returned in November 2025 after a 17-year hiatus as part of Prime Video's Black Friday sports lineup.

Pro Shop also operates GolfWRX, a trusted destination for golf equipment coverage, news, and community forums, and Sugarloaf Social Club, a lifestyle and commerce brand rooted in independent golf culture. The company's long-term media and consumer venture with Paige Spiranac, Paige Co., further solidifies its presence in the golf and entertainment landscape.

The Series B follows Pro Shop's $20 million Series A in 2024, led by Powerhouse Capital with participation from the PGA Tour, EP Golf Ventures, Marquee Ventures, Gametime Capital, Phoenix Capital Ventures, and other investors across golf, entertainment, and finance. The funding will support Pro Shop's continued expansion in digital media and original programming, as well as the development of new talent-led franchises, premium live events, and programming designed for social-first audiences.

Pro Shop has demonstrated a strong ability to connect with fans through compelling storytelling, innovative formats, and new platforms. The company has seen significant growth, doubling its revenue year over year. The investment from AMBSE and other strategic partners will enable Pro Shop to deepen its investment in digital media and original programming, including new talent-led franchises, premium live events, and competition formats, as well as programming designed for social-first audiences.

The funding will also support the continued expansion of Pro Shop's owned-and-operated media brands and commerce businesses, as well as strategic acquisitions and partnerships across golf, media, and technology. Through Pro Shop Studios, the company has brought golf to mainstream entertainment audiences as producer of Netflix's Full Swing and co-producer of Happy Gilmore 2 and The Hawk, while expanding into premium live competition through the PGA Tour's Creator Classic and the revival of The Skins Game, which returned in November 2025 after a 17-year hiatus as part of Prime Video's Black Friday sports lineup.

The broader Pro Shop portfolio also includes GolfWRX, the internet's trusted destination for golf news, gear reviews, and community forums, which was acquired by Pro Shop in 2025; Sugarloaf Social Club, a bespoke golf lifestyle and commerce brand; and Paige Co., Pro Shop's long-term media and consumer venture with leading golf creator Paige Spiranac.

Gunderson Dettmer served as legal counsel to Pro Shop.
