NORCROSS, Ga., Sept. 4, 2026, Primero Games LLC, a leading provider of gaming content, technology, and products, has acquired the Gaming Division of Win Systems (WSG), including its Gold Club electronic-roulette business. This strategic move aims to bolster Primero’s international presence and product portfolio, integrating established slot and electronic-roulette products, manufacturing capabilities, and an extensive network of gaming positions across Latin America and the Caribbean.

The acquisition adds a robust installed base of over 3,000 gaming positions in Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Puerto Rico, and Panama. Primero will support existing WSG customers and products while introducing additional game content, platform technology, and development resources. According to Mike Macke, Chairman of Primero Games, this acquisition marks a significant step in executing the company’s growth strategy to build a diversified, global gaming company.

“Primero has built its reputation by creating compelling game content and developing innovative technology that helps operators deliver consistent revenue through engaging player experiences,” Macke stated. “This acquisition brings together Primero’s content and development expertise with WSG’s products, operations, and customer relationships, allowing us to deliver more products, more content, and greater value to customers across a wider range of gaming markets.”

Eric Benchimol, CEO of Win Systems, echoed this sentiment, saying, “Pairing our installed base, manufacturing operations, and market knowledge with Primero’s game library and development engine means we can bring more, and better, products to our customers faster than either company could alone. The team is energized, and we’re looking forward to getting to work as part of Primero.”

Dario Zutel, Executive Chairman of Win Systems, added, “This transaction marks an exciting new chapter for our Gaming Division. We are confident that Primero Games is the right partner to build on what we have achieved and drive the business into its next stage of international growth.”

With this acquisition, Primero Games further solidifies its presence in the U.S. gaming market, where it offers a portfolio of game content, online gaming solutions, redemption kiosks, and a mature omnichannel gaming platform. The integration of WSG’s products and operations will enable Primero to expand its footprint in international markets, providing continuity for every customer as the company invests in the business and introduces additional products, content, and technology.

“Building international scale is a key focus for us,” Macke said. “We are committed to maintaining and enhancing the services and support provided to our customers, ensuring a smooth transition and a seamless user experience.”

Primero Games, headquartered in the United States, combines international creative talent with deep technical expertise to produce high-performing, scalable gaming solutions. The company’s portfolio includes over 100 original titles for land-based and multi-game platforms, as well as online games for markets worldwide. With studios in the U.S., the U.K., and Canada, Primero is well-positioned to leverage its global reach and technical innovation to deliver value to gaming operators.

Following the transaction, Win Systems will continue to focus on its remaining businesses and strategic opportunities, building on its technology expertise, international experience, and commitment to delivering value to its customers and partners.
