New York, NY, Sept. 09, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Premium Catering (Holdings) Limited, a Singapore-based certified Halal food caterer, has received a notice from the NASDAQ Stock Market, stating that the company is no longer in compliance with NASDAQ Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) due to its failure to timely file its interim report for the fiscal half year ending December 31, 2025.
According to the company, it received a letter from the NASDAQ on September 4, 2026, informing it that it is not in compliance with the listing requirements because it did not submit its interim report on Form 6-K in a timely manner. The report, which would have included an interim balance sheet and income statement, was due by the end of June 2026.
The company has 60 calendar days from the date of the delinquency letter to submit a plan to regain compliance with the rule. If the plan is accepted by the NASDAQ, the company may be granted an extension until December 28, 2026, to file the required report.
While the company's Class A ordinary shares continue to trade under the symbol “PC” on the NASDAQ Capital Market, failure to regain compliance could result in delisting from the exchange. The company intends to submit a compliance plan within the prescribed period.
