Power Leaves Holdings Corp, formerly Atmofizer Technologies Inc., began trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) on September 10, 2026, under the ticker symbol "NASA." The company’s shares commenced trading following the completion of its business combination with Power Leaves Corp (PLC) through a reverse takeover, effective on August 31, 2026.
Pat McCutcheon, CEO of Power Leaves, expressed enthusiasm about the listing, stating, "Listing on the CSE is a milestone, but the achievement is that we built a legal coca supply chain from the ground up, in genuine partnership with the Nasa Indigenous Community, and no one had done it before."
The company now operates in the global food and beverage market, leveraging an exclusive licence agreement with the Nasa Indigenous Community in Colombia. Power Leaves has established three purpose-built facilities in the Neiva region: a manufacturing campus for extraction and decocainization, an INVIMA-registered research and development facility, and an FDA-registered formulation and packaging facility. These facilities form the backbone of the company’s infrastructure.
Power Leaves offers two proprietary products: Coca Extract and Coca Essence, both positioned as novel, all-natural ingredients. The company has a development pipeline that includes taste modulators, powdered extracts, concentrated nutrient extracts, and a coca-based fertilizer additive derived from the company’s waste stream. These products are designed to tap into the global demand for natural ingredients in food and beverage formulations.
McCutcheon highlighted the company’s defensible position, noting, "An exclusive community licence, a patent-pending decocainization process, and established, registered facilities that the Company believes would require significant time and capital for a competitor to replicate."
The company has already secured initial commercial supply agreements and fulfilled purchase orders, positioning it with a pipeline of flavour houses and consumer packaged goods companies. McCutcheon emphasized that the near-term priorities are to scale production capacity, complete the necessary quality audits and certifications, and convert the commercial pipeline into supply agreements.
The company’s net proceeds from a previously announced financing round of over US$3 million will be used to enhance manufacturing equipment, implement quality systems and certifications, support sales and marketing, and drive product research and development. The funds will also be utilized for transaction expenses and working capital.
In a broader context, McCutcheon stated, "We intend to be the company that opens up the global coca market, which has been controlled by a single supply chain for a century."
Power Leaves Holdings Corp aims to continue its mission of breaking the monopoly on coca leaf extract and establishing a new legal supply chain. The company’s success hinges on its ability to maintain its partnership with the Nasa Indigenous Community and scale its operations efficiently.
