NINGBO, China, Sept. 23, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- PN Smart Energy Limited and Limeon Digital Partners Pte. Ltd. have entered into a strategic partnership aimed at modernizing the operations and maintenance of solar power plants. Through their collaboration, the companies plan to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into the management of solar assets, focusing on optimizing energy output, reducing unplanned downtime, and minimizing on-site staffing requirements.
PN Smart Energy, a global independent power producer, is leveraging its subsidiary PN Sunshine Pte. Ltd. to work with Limeon, an AI technology and architecture services provider based in Singapore. The partnership will initially target up to 5 MW of installed capacity, with the potential to scale to the company's regional portfolio of up to 15 MW.
The strategic partnership will involve several key areas of focus. AI-based solar generation forecasting will be deployed to optimize energy output, ensuring that the company can better predict and manage its energy production. Predictive maintenance and equipment anomaly detection will help reduce unplanned downtime, thereby increasing the efficiency and reliability of the solar power plants. Additionally, remote site monitoring will be implemented to reduce the need for on-site personnel, streamlining operations and potentially lowering costs.
Under the terms of the Framework Cooperation Agreement, Limeon will develop, deploy, and maintain the necessary AI models and platforms, while PN Sunshine will facilitate on-site personnel coordination and provide secure access to SCADA systems, inverter data, and historical operating data. Both companies will retain ownership of their respective pre-existing intellectual property.
The strategic partnership is designed to ensure a flexible and measured rollout, with specific operational details to be set out in subsequent, project-specific Project Implementation Agreements (PIAs). The companies will work together to progressively deploy AI technologies across their solar power plants, focusing on improving operational performance and enhancing the overall efficiency of their energy infrastructure.
As PN Smart Energy continues to expand its solar portfolio, the integration of AI technologies will play a crucial role in maintaining its competitive edge in the clean energy market. The partnership with Limeon Digital Partners is expected to drive innovation and set new standards for solar asset management in the Asia-Pacific region.
