SALT LAKE CITY and NEW YORK, Oct. 20, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Platform Accounting Group, a leading operator and acquirer of boutique accounting and advisory firms across the United States, has announced a $355 million strategic growth financing led by Treville Capital Group, a multi-billion-dollar alternative asset manager. This latest investment, which includes participation from other institutional investors such as Vista Credit Partners, Siguler Guff, Aquiline, and Brightwood Capital Advisors, follows an original investment from The Cynosure Group in early 2024.
The financing will support the company's continued expansion, enabling it to accelerate its acquisition strategy, expand its service offerings, and invest in technology and talent across its platform. Founded in 2015 by CEO Reyes Florez, Platform Accounting Group has grown into one of the largest accounting platforms in the country, serving more than 50,000 clients through a network of regional offices and specialized advisory practices. Since its inception, the company has completed more than 65 acquisitions, maintaining a focus on preserving local relationships, empowering office leadership, and investing in deep, holistic client relationships.
Dan Bailey, a Partner at Treville Capital Group and co-head of Treville Capital Solutions, echoed Florez's sentiments.
Barry Salzberg, the former Global Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte, has joined the company's Board of Directors. Salzberg is also a current member of the Board of Directors of Thomson Reuters and a Strategic Advisor to Treville.
