Pivot, a lifestyle operating vertical of Davidson Hospitality Group, has been chosen to manage the Hutton Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. The hotel, a Tribute Portfolio by Marriott, is set to offer a unique blend of hospitality and cultural immersion, reflecting Nashville's vibrant music scene.
Located in the city’s lively West End neighborhood, the Hutton Hotel features 246 newly renovated guestrooms, a dining destination called Evelyn's, a 5,000-square-foot music venue named Analog, two fully equipped recording studios known as Writers Studios, and a 3,200-square-foot spa and fitness facility called The Spa at Hutton Hotel. The hotel is situated just steps from Music Row, making it a prime location for both tourists and industry professionals.
Michael Fishbin, Managing Director and Head of Hospitality at The Georgetown Company, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration.
Nick Gregory, Executive Vice President of Operations at Pivot, echoed Fishbin's sentiments.

This latest appointment further cements Pivot's reputation as a leader in the hospitality industry.
The Georgetown Company, a real estate development firm with a focus on emerging neighborhoods in best-of-class locations, has invested in the Hutton Hotel through a joint venture. The company's President and CEO, Adam Flatto, commented on the significance of the partnership.
