Pilates Addiction Opens New Studio in Vintage Park, Texas

Co-owners Lacey and Russell Williams, both Texas A&M University alumni, have brought their passion for fitness and Pilates to the community. Lacey, a former track athlete and personal trainer at Equinox in River Oaks, discovered Pilates during her pregnancy and was drawn to its ability to offer a challenging, low-impact workout. Russell and Lacey’s personal connection to Pilates Addiction was solidified during a visit to the West Hollywood studio, where they fell in love with the brand’s unique offerings.

The Vintage Park studio is designed to stand out from other Pilates facilities, offering a black-and-gold aesthetic that is both striking and inviting. The proprietary Aurum™ Reformer, a key feature of the Vintage Park studio, combines a reformer, jump board, barre, and Wunda Chair into one machine. This innovative equipment allows members to move through a full-body workout without the need to rotate between stations, ensuring a seamless and challenging experience.

Educators at the Vintage Park studio are trained in anatomy and biomechanics through the Pilates Addiction Movement Academy, ensuring that classes are expertly taught and tailored to all fitness and Pilates levels. The studio offers four signature formats: Ignite, a 30-minute introduction to the Aurum Reformer; Core+, a 50-minute high-intensity class; Max, a 50-minute advanced workout; and Mobility RX, a 50-minute stretching-focused class.
