PharmaTher Secures Exclusive Distribution Deal for CraftMake 3D Printing Platform

PharmaTher Holdings Ltd., a specialty pharmaceutical company advancing 3D printing for personalized medicine, has entered into a significant agreement with Craft Health Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based pharmaceutical technology company. Under the terms of the exclusive distribution agreement, PharmaTher will be the sole provider of Craft Health's CraftMake™ 3D printing platform in North America. This move positions PharmaTher to capitalize on the growing demand for personalized medicine and expand its product pipeline.

The CraftMake™ platform, which was the subject of a collaboration announced on July 29, 2026, is a GMP-ready printer that can produce personalized medicines on demand. It operates at room temperature, ensuring the integrity of sensitive medicines such as peptides and ketamine. The printer can print any dose with approximately ±1% accuracy and combine multiple medicines and release profiles in a single tablet, chewable, gummy, or oral film. This technology is particularly beneficial for compounding pharmacies, telehealth companies, and other healthcare providers that require customized dosing solutions.

PharmaTher estimates that there are more than 10,000 potential placement sites across North America, including compounding pharmacies, telehealth and digital health companies, contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs), hospitals, academic and research institutions, and pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Each placement is designed to generate recurring revenue from software, materials, consumables, and services. Additionally, each site will serve as a potential location for PharmaTher's own PERSONALIZ3D™ formulations, including its proprietary 503A products and FDA rare disease program.

The agreement is expected to support the development and commercialization of PharmaTher's personalized 503A products, including peptide and ketamine products, which will be dispensed through 503A compounding pharmacies and telehealth partners. It also lays the groundwork for PharmaTher's FDA rare disease program, which aims to develop a precision-dosed chewable for a serious, rare pediatric disease with no FDA-approved treatment. The company plans to apply for orphan drug and rare pediatric disease designations, with potential eligibility for a priority review voucher. Furthermore, the agreement will enable PharmaTher to advance its national emergency and medical countermeasures initiatives, establishing a network of qualified sites that can print the doses required in an emergency.

In addition to distribution, PharmaTher intends to offer its platform as a service, providing CDMO services, white-label products, and formulation licensing to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, telehealth, wellness, and consumer-health companies. The company plans to offer CDMO services for formulation and product development, clinical trial supply, and small-batch manufacturing. White-label products will include personalized pharmaceutical, peptide, and nutraceutical products that can be sold under the brands of telehealth, wellness, and consumer-health companies. Formulation licensing will involve PERSONALIZ3D™ validated digital recipes and dosage-form designs, licensed to partners that run CraftMake™ systems.

According to Grand View Research, the global personalized medicine market is projected to grow from US$567 billion in 2024 to US$1.2 trillion by 2033, and the peptide therapeutics market is expected to grow from US$141 billion in 2025 to US$295 billion by 2033. The agreement positions PharmaTher to capitalize on this growth, leveraging the CraftMake™ platform to meet the needs of a diverse range of healthcare providers and patients.
